Information you provide
If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, company, request and any optional website, budget, timing and partner preference you provide. You can describe your client anonymously. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive client records through the enquiry form.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess the requested work, prepare a scope and keep a record of the conversation. We process it to take steps at your request before a potential contract and for our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Storage and providers
Enquiries are stored in our managed website infrastructure and sent to our company mailbox. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to run these services. Project-specific services and any additional providers are identified as part of project scoping. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention
Website enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months. Information needed for an ongoing project, contractual obligations or required business records may be retained for the relevant period. Contact us if you would like your enquiry information removed.
Essential storage and logs
The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions. Temporary browser session storage helps preserve an unfinished form and display your request reference. Web server logs may contain connection details such as IP addresses. The form uses a hashed IP identifier for short-term rate limiting. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
