Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a paid service agreement or commit either party to a delivery. The scope, pricing, ownership, acceptance, support and other commercial terms of a project are agreed in a separate written agreement.
Examples and calculations
Interactive work examples are demonstrations using sample content. They are not reported client outcomes. Calculator starting values are illustrative assumptions; the results do not constitute a quotation, financial advice, a market benchmark or a promise of revenue or margin.
Intellectual property
Website content and branding belong to their respective owners. You may use the downloadable sample proposal as a starting point for your own business proposal. It remains a general template and should be adapted to the actual project. Project-specific intellectual property is governed by the relevant project agreement.
Acceptable use
Use the website for legitimate enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or submit malicious material. Do not submit another person's private information unless you are entitled to provide it.
